I find it amazing how some really good songs couldn't even make it as OHWs. Case in point, "Love Shadow" by the post-punk, new romantic band Fashion, which stalled at #51 on the UK charts. Nevertheless, they did alright for themselves across the pond (how many acts can say they had Duran Duran open for them?) and even toured with the likes of U2, The Police and The B-52s. Although I was a certified Anglophile in the early 80s, I had never heard of them so I'm glad I discovered this song on one of my compilations. Its funky groove is very infectious, and just what I need to get me through this OHWW...
